Handcrafted Cedar Goods
At Tofino Woodshop, I make Western Red Cedar Adirondack chairs, matching outdoor pieces and a growing selection of other cedar goods. Each product is made by me in my small Canadian workshop.
The work begins with carefully selected old-growth Western Red Cedar logs. I mill all of the cedar lumber quarter-sawn in-house, then sort each board by grain and quality before deciding where it will be used.
Handling the process from the log selection through final sanding gives me control over the wood, fit and finish at every stage.
