Returns and Change of Mind

Once an order has shipped, I do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, except where a mandatory right of cancellation or withdrawal applies under the consumer laws of your country.

For example, consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom generally have a statutory 14-day right to cancel qualifying online purchases after delivery, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. For a change-of-mind return made under such a statutory right, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the law requires otherwise. Please contact me before returning an order so I can provide return instructions.

For eligible cancellations, I will issue the refund within 14 days in accordance with applicable European Union or United Kingdom consumer law.

Any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.

Warranty

I do not offer an additional time-based commercial warranty beyond any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
