Shipping Policy

Orders ship within three business days. Tracking information is provided once an order has been sent so you can follow the shipment directly with the carrier. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times and day-to-day movement of the parcel are outside my direct control. I ship throughout Canada and internationally. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, packaged size and weight of the order and are shown at checkout before you place your order.

International Orders

For U.S. orders, the applicable tariff amount is included in the shipping charge shown at checkout.

For other international destinations, VAT, customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer when the parcel arrives or when requested by the carrier or customs authority.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Please use the tracking information provided with your order for routine delivery updates. If tracking indicates that a parcel may be lost or there is a significant delivery problem that cannot be resolved through the carrier, please contact me.
